well, let’s kick this off right …. happy new year, everyone!

we wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous year ahead of you.  and, truth be told, we hope you are kicking off the new year with some down-home cooking, warm clothes, and lots of love and laughter.

dinner is served.  the food has been eaten.  the bowl is licked clean.  emma doesn’t care who’s looking, she’s getting in there and getting a nibble of something delicious.  even if it means leaving with a little something on her chin.  usually, she spends the next 20 minutes cruising around the house licking her nose and chin looking for a place to crash out.
